How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at bagboudoir.co.uk is easy: •    Click on any item/s you would like to buy, click the "add to cart" icon. You then will be taken to your shopping cart, click delivery method & you can either click "continue shopping" or "checkout". •    Click continue with checkout, fill out the one page form: name, address, contact number, email. Remember we don't share or sell your information with anyone (please check our terms & conditions for our full privacy policy). •    Click on the PayPal icon at the foot of the page which will take you to our secure SSL PayPal page (you do not need a PayPal account) where you can complete your order.

Payment 

All credit/debit card payments are processed securely & privately through our merchant payment processor PayPal on a secure encrypted connection. We do not see or hold any of your financial information on this site.
bagboudoir.co.uk accepts most major credit cards & debit cards through our secure SSL PayPal payment page. You do not need a PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account you can proceed by logging in. If you don't have a PayPal account you can proceed by clicking on the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link which will take you on to a further secure SSL PayPal page where you can input your credit card or debit card details.

We have a currency converter on our website where you will be able to see the prices in your chosen currency, just click on the relevant flag symbol, once you are on the secure PayPal payment page the currency will revert back to UK pound sterling. PayPal/card payments are in UK pound sterling only.

UK customers 

We pride ourselves on getting your items to you fast. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery & Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for our UK customers. We do not post Saturdays. A signature will be required. All our items are expertly packed with luxury gift wrapping and fully insured.

International customers

Here at bagboudoir.co.uk we post to Europe, USA/Canada & Australia/New Zealand. We will use Royal Mail "International Signed For" Service. Each parcel will have a tracking number. A signature will be required. All our items are expertly packed with luxury gift packaging and fully insured. If we do not ship to your country please enquire as we may be able to help. Please note that any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and as retailers we are obliged to declare the full value of the merchandise. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14 day no quibble, hassle-free return & refund policy, you may return the item for whatever reason for a full refund (we do not charge a restocking fee). After this time no refunds will be given. Any tags (including security tags) will need to be still attached & the bag in the same condition as sent (together with the packing slip it came with).

Drop us a line at returns@bagboudoir.co.uk so we know the item is coming back to us & please send back to the Bag Boudoir Studio by recorded & fully insured post. Buyer pays return postage. Please send back to the Bag Boudoir Studio and not our head office. Full information will be on your returns/refunds slip with your purchase. How long does it take to process my refund?

Please allow between 5 & 10 working days for your return & refund to be processed.


Distance selling regulations

Under distance selling regulations you may cancel your purchase within seven working days for a full refund. If your item has already been sent out we will use our refund/returns process.
